The next course might be French Eggs in a Dijon Sauce, Ham with Apricot Mustard with a medley of sautéed Mushrooms. On another day, sit down to Scrambled Eggs with Canadian Cheddar Cheese and Homemade Sweet and Hot Pepper Jelly, Brown Sugar Roasted Peameal Bacon and Home Fries with Fresh Herbs. To conclude, the gourmet fresh coffee is sure to satisfy the most discerning of coffee drinkers!
